Made boss easier (Again)

Nerfed the boss again cuz the difficulty seems to ruin people's enjoyment.

The first 2 phases are now at 99 seconds for the time limit, so going slow shouldn't be an issue unless you're really just screwing around.

The final phase is  also easier with the clone section's lazer durations being a little shorter, and the main prince's lazers taking slightly longer between shots as well. This is to help prevent those situations where you get stuck into a corner and get shot at.
